On behalf of the Local Organising Committee and the International Energy Foundation (IEF), it is my pleasure and honour to welcome you to the ENERGEX 2008 Congress & Exhibition at the Hofburg Congress Centre in Vienna. The congress will be a first-class meeting for a distinguished international faculty of scientists and experts in all energy related disciplines to address and discuss the most recent information, controversies and future developments.
Energy production, supply and distribution and of course sustainable and efficient use of energy has become one of the major topics of this century. ENERGEX 2008 will be an outstanding opportunity to up-date the relevant research data and to define guidelines for international policy makers. The conference will be a platform for discussing and debating many unresolved issues with leading world experts.
