The Welcome Reception will take place in the Hofburg Congress Center on Sunday 6 July 2008 in the evening (approximately 2 hours). Around 1.200 participants are expected to attend.
The Official Opening, including the welcome speeches and some traditional entertainment elements will be followed by the Welcome Reception in the ENERGEX exhibition areas which is a great opportunity for the congress participants to network while enjoying cocktails and finger food.

SPONSORSHIP EVENING - 7 JULY, 2008

The evening of Monday, 7th July 2008 has been reserved for the companies and organisations to organise their own evening events. Assistance with the operation and the management of the sponsorship evenings is available from AIMS Vienna, one of the most established event and destination management companies in Austria.
Exclusive events for 20+, or informal vineyard / beer garden events for 1.000 or more guests can be organised for exhibitors and sponsors. AIMS Vienna organised events will also be included in the Final Programme.
