CONGRESS BAGS

Every participant will receive a multi-purpose Congress Bag, which will include the Final Programme, Abstract CD, information on Vienna/Austria and other items/documents, inserts, give-aways, etc. The bag can be chosen by the Sponsor but needs to be approved by the Congress Organiser. AIMS International will provide you with different design suggestions for the Congress Bags. The congress logo needs to be printed on the bag in a central position. The production costs have to be born by the Sponsor additionally to the sponsorship fee.

CONGRESS BAG INSERTS

Congress Bag inserts are a good way of getting the information to the participants. Inserts must be approved by the LOC and arrive at the congress venue no later than 1 May 2008. The sponsoring company must provide the sufficient number of inserts of an appropriate size i.e. brochure, flyer, A4 page – not larger.

CONGRESS COFFEE BREAKS
