ENERGEX 2008 will provide participants with important information and updates about all types of energy in the form of plenary lectures, symposia and free oral sessions. The aim of the exhibition is to complement the Scientific Programme by providing opportunities to display and/or demonstrate relevant products.

VENUE

The ENERGEX Exhibition will take place on approximately 1.000m2 of exhibition space in various halls of the Hofburg Congress Center. The Coffee Breaks will also be set-up in these areas, which greatly increases the number of visitors to the booths. The booths will be assigned on a first come first served basis.

The following halls will be used as exhibition space:

• GARDEHALLE I
• GARDEHALLE II
• SEITENHALLE
• RITTERSAAL
• MARMORSAAL
• ANTEKAMMER

In view of the expected high demand from exhibitors, it is anticipated that it will be necessary to hire additional exhibition space in and around the Hofburg Congress Center with permanent immediate access to the Exhibition Area and the ENERGEX Congress. This is suggested particularly for heavy exhibits and larger booths. Exhibitors interested should enquire at their earliest possible convenience in order for the organisers to secure city council approval and to ensure that the necessary security measures are met.

• The exhibitors will receive 2 exhibitor badges for every 9m2 rented
• The exhibitor registration include coffee breaks, lunch and admittance to the Opening Ceremony only
• The exhibitor will also be mentioned in the Final Programme and on the Congress Website
